DAY 1
Yerevan City Tour
Arrival in Yerevan and transfer to the hotel. Explore ancient Yerevan during City tour: Republic Square, Mashtots Avenue, Bagramyan Avenue, the Palace of the President, the Parliament, the University, Monuments to Vardan Mamikonyan, David of Sassoun, Mother Armenia, and the Cascade. After tasty lunch visit to the Museum of History. Welcome dinner in a traditional restaurant.

DAY 2
Yerevan – Etchmiadzin – Zvartnots – Yerevan
After breakfast Go to Etchmiadzin, the most important holy church of the Supreme Orthodox Authority of Armenia. Explore 7th century churches of St. Hripsime and St. Gayane. Go to Zvartnots (7th century) where you can see the ruins of the ancient circular church. Return to Yerevan.

DAY 3
Yerevan – Tsaghkadzor – Sevan - Yerevan
After breakfast Go to Tsaghkadzor. City tour with visit to the Kecharis monastery (16th century), to discover the Armenian medieval architecture. Go to Sevan. Excursion of Lake Sevan, called “the pearl of Armenia”. Visit to the Arakelots Monastery (874 A.D.) and Astvatsatsin Church on the Sevan Peninsula. Return to Yerevan.

DAY 4
Yerevan – Haghpat – Sanahin – Yerevan
Breakfast at the hotel and Go to Haghpat Monastery. Visit to Sanahin Monastery (10th-13th centuries) located in the North-Eastern part of Armenia. These monasteries are included in the UNESCO List of World Heritage Sites. Return to Yerevan.

DAY 5
Yerevan – Oshakan – Ashtarak – Amberd - Yerevan
Breakfastand Go to Oshakan and visit to the Church of St. Mashtots, the creator of the Armenian alphabet. Visit to the mountainside of Mount Aragats. The tour continues around Ashtarak with the visit to the churches of Karmravor and Saghmosavank and of the gorgeous Amberd Fortress, reached by crossing a stunning canyon. Return to Yerevan.

DAY 6
Khor Virap - Noravank monastery - Areni - Yerevan
After the breakfast Go to Khor Virap Monastery, situated in the Ararat Valley under Mount Ararat, considered holy by the Armenian people. The tour continues with the visit to Noravank Monastery and Areni where you can taste wine in the local vineyard. Return to Yerevan.

DAY 7
Yerevan – Tsitsernakaberd – Matenadaran – Garni – Geghard - Yerevan
Breakfast and Go to Tsitsernakaberd: 1915 Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex and Museum. Visit to Matenadaran – an archive of ancient books and rare manuscripts. In the afternoon visit to the Garni Pagan Temple (1st c. B.C.) and Geghard Monastery (10th-13th) situated on a solid rock. Return to Yerevan.
